Air Conditioning

Bathroom amenities

Further to the basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion, hair dryer, glasses, towels, bath mat) extra amenities like: shower cap, vanity kit, sewing kit, shaving set, toothbrush set, plastic chair or anti-slip mat are also available upon request. Bed linen daily change on request

Service upon request, please contact the Reception. Service charge is 15 EUR/ day, otherwise we change bed linens every third day. Dial: ’8’.

 

Breakfast

As an ideal start for the new day, we would like to propose our buffet breakfast, which we serve daily from 7:00 a.m. till 10:30 a.m.

Breakfast -Room service: you can have your breakfast in your room as well, just choose one of our A’la carte breakfasts and we serve it in your room. Service fee: 5 EUR/ occasion.

Breakfast box: If you check out before breakfast time and so you miss the breakfast, we happily make you a package of cold breakfast to take away. Please be advised that the package has to be ordered on the previous day until 10 a.m.

Cafe & Bar

Our Cafe & Bar is open daily from 8:00 p.m. until midnight.

 

Check in/ Check out

Check in is guaranteed from 2:00 p.m., check out time is until 11:00 a.m. Late check out is available based on availability and for extra fee. For further information please contact the Reception. Dial: ‘8’.

 

E-bike and electric vehicles

The charging station is located next to the entrance of the hotel. For further information please contact the reception.

 

Extra bed

Emergency exits

Please follow the relevant signs posted on your room door and in the corridors.

 

Fire alarm and other emergency

Please observe the emergency instructions in your room. In case of emergency, please always follow the instructions of the hotel staff. If not informed at check in about a scheduled test alarm, then consider each fire alarm a real one. Please do not use the elevators in case of fire alarm.

 

Internet access

Wireless Internet Connection is available in the hotel free of charge. If you would like to connect to our network, please choose the access point and password received from the reception.

 

Iron / Ironing board

Available in every room.

 

Laundry / Dry cleaning

The laundry bag and the price list of the services are in your room. Every items handed down until 09:00 a.m. Will be returned to the room on the next day. Service is available every day.

Every items handed down for ironing until 09:00 a.m. will be returned to the room until 4pm same day. Service is available every day. For assistance please contact the Reception, dial: ’8’.

 

Lost & found

All items found in the Hotel – except for food – are properly documented and kept for safekeeping, with the exception of credit cards which are returned to the issuing bank. Guests are contacted for lost and found valuable items whenever possible. Items not claimed within three months will not be kept and the hotel do not take any liability.

 

Luggage room

Your luggage will be guarded free of charge in our luggage room during your stay. Dial: ‘8’

Maid service

Maid service is available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you do not wish to have your room to be made up, please put the “do not disturb” sign outside on the door handle. We change towels daily only if they are left on the floor. Please forward your housekeeping related requests to the Reception. Dial: ‘8’

 

Medical assistance

If you require medical assistance, please contact our Reception. Dial: ‘8’

 

Minibar

Our hotel minibar is delivered to you fully stocked and will be refilled on request. Consumption is billed daily, please contact Reception for further details. You will find our price list on the desk in your room.

 

Tea, water and coffee making facilities

Available in all of our rooms, free of charge. Water is available free of charge on the day of arrival, afterwards at a surcharge at reception.

 

Parking

Our hotel has no private garage, but in case you arrive by car, you can validate your parking card at the reception. For current parking conditions and rates, please contact the Reception. Dial: ’8’.

 

Payment methods

We both accept cash and credit card payments. You can settle your room account in Hungarian Forint or in Euro. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

 

Pillows and blankets

We provide 2 pillows for each guests. To ensure you the best sleeping experience, we offer you different pillows to choose from. We provide antibacterial pillow in all of our rooms, but if you wish, you can ask for feather, memory or spelt pillows as well. For more information please contact the Reception. Dial: ‘8’

Extra blankets are available in your room.

 

Reception

Our colleagues at the Reception desk are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dial: ’8’

If you wish to send package or post a letter (or if you need paper and envelope), please contact the reception. Telephone charger and various standard adapters are available at reception and a EUR 10 deposit will be charged for their use.

 

Room service

You can have sandwiches, snacks and drinks from our Room service menu. Service fee: 10%. For information please contact the Reception. Dial: ‘8’

 

 

Safekeeping of your valuables (Rooms and Reception)

Laptop size safety deposit box is available in you room. Please note, that Buda Castle Hotel can only take responsibility for valuables deposited in the safe at the reception, available free of charge.

 

Sewing service

Service on request, available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The price of the service depends on the actual request/ piece. Please contact the Reception. Dial: ’8’

 

Shoe polishing

You can find the shoe polishing machine in the lobby on the first floor.

 

Slippers

We provide slippers in all of our rooms free of charge. Please, contact the Reception. Dial: ’8’

 

Smoking

We kindly inform you that our hotel is non-smoking. Please note that in case of smoking an extra charge of 100 EUR will be added to your invoice. Please avoid smoking in the entire hotel.
